  • We are looking for Italian candidates that have already had an american experience with american guests. Candidates should be available for a start as soon as possible, a 1 year contract is the restaurant's preference and can be extended if mutually agreeable. The restaurant offers great working conditions with assistance to find accommodation as they have a lot of hospitality workers on the island, many rentals available as well as shares. International Services will help you with the immigration process to obtain your work permit. As the Cayman Islands are a tax-free group of islands, the salary offered is tax free. Attractive salary offered thanks to a fix salary plus shared gratuities. The restaurant is mostly outdoors, so a rainy day generally keeps the clientele away. Having said that, it's a comfortable easy vibe, and the style of service is 'cheap & cheerful'.
